Rule 12
<br> to prepare a short list
According to Rule 10, after selecting the persons who will submit the letter of intent, the Ministry will prepare a short list of them.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), within seven days after preparation of the short list, the Ministry shall inform the person included in such list in writing.
